Brent is a certified nurse practitioner. He joined HealthStar in 2014, serving patients at FirstCare Walk-In Clinic. Brent performs minor procedures and treats children and adults.

Stephanie is a certified nurse practitioner. She joined HealthStar in 2010 at Fountain Lake Family Medicine. In 2014, Stephanie transferred to FirstCare Walk-In Clinic. She performs minor procedures and treats children and adults.

Stacy is a certified nurse practitioner. He joined HealthStar in 2016, serving patients at FirstCare Walk-In Clinic. Stacy performs minor procedures and treats children and adults.

   UAMS College of Nursing 

Dr. Oxner is a family physician. He began is career in Warren, AR, but moved to Hot Springs in 1994 to join Hamilton West Family Medicine. He is one of the original board members of HealthStar.

Education: 

 Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine
