During this “soft-launch” period, we invite you to download the “Sniffle for Patients” app. The app is free to download, and it will give you access to virtual visits with a HealthStar provider, plus much more! You get a free Ai-Driven Diagnosis Tool and a free pharmacy benefit card. Over the coming months, we will be expanding virtual care hours via Sniffle to evenings and weekends. Via the Sniffle for Patients App, you will initially have access to our providers at FirstCare Walk-In Clinic, and as we expand, you will have access to your specific HealthStar clinic and your primary care provider team via the Sniffle for Patients app. This means you will be able to have a virtual visit with a member of your care team at HealthStar! We are so excited to expand access to our patients via this virtual health platform.
If you have a virtual visit, your insurance will be charged, or you will be charged a cash price if you do not have insurance. The cash price is forty dollars. This will be clear to you in the app. No hidden fees. There is NO recurring subscription fee for using the Sniffle for Patients app. You will only incur a cost if you have a virtual visit, just like if you had a visit at your doctor's office.

What is Sniffle’s Aignosis? It's the process of identifying a disease, condition, or injury from signs and symptoms using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. By using Sniffle's symptom assessment feature, you can receive an accurate diagnosis with 95% accuracy before scheduling a virtual visit with your HealthStar providers. Our Aignosis tool does not replace a diagnosis from your physician, but it gives you and our providers more information about your symptoms prior to your visit.

Sniffle for Patients App is FREE to use for virtual visits and to check your symptoms on our Aignosis Tool. Sniffle Benefits is an add on service. With Sniffle Benefits you get access to preferred pricing on ancillary benefits.
