West Gate Family Medicine is thrilled to welcome Joe Fendley, APRN! Before joining West Gate full-time, Joe worked as a hospitalist and primary care provider across several HealthStar clinics. He is available for same day sick visits, primary care appointments, routine follow-up, preventive care, and the ongoing management of chronic conditions.

Dr. Reeves is a family physician. She is a native of Warren, AR, and joined HealthStar in 2005. Dr. Reeves and Dr. Parish started West Gate Family Medicine in 2017.

Dr. Parish is a family physician. Dr. Parish joined HealthStar in 2010, transferring to us from the Mena VA Clinic. Dr. Reeves and Dr. Parish started West Gate Family Medicine in 2017.

Dr. Parish is retiring at the end of October 2026. Casey Powell and Joe Fendley are honored to continue serving his patients at West Gate.
Dr. Falck is an internal medicine physician. She is a native Arkansan, and has been serving Hot Springs for over a decade.

Brittany is a certified nurse practitioner. She joined HealthStar in 2014. Brittany is also our Provider Champion for quality improvement programs. She trains her peers and new providers on various quality initiatives.

Casey is a certified nurse practitioner. She joined HealthStar in 2018. Aside from family medicine, Casey also leads the medical weight management program for West Gate.

Joe is a certified nurse practitioner. He returned to HealthStar in 2022 to join our Hospitalist Team and Lakeside Family Medicine.
