Dr. Faro is a family physician. He joined HealthStar in 2019, establishing Lakeside Family Medicine. Dr. Faro has practiced medicine in Michigan, Arizona, and now Arkansas.

Dr. Mullenix is a family physician. She is originally from Buffalo, NY. Dr. Mullenix moved to Texarkana, AR for residency in 2012, and joined HealthStar in 2019.

Dr. Humphreys is a family physician. He began serving the Hot Springs community in 1991 at Hollywood Ave Family Clinic. Dr. Humphreys joined HealthStar in 2020 at Lakeside Family Medicine.
