HealthStar Physicians is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in a busy family medicine clinic. Position Highlights

Position Responsibilities

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including:

• Preventive and wellness care
• Acute illness and injury management
• Chronic disease management
• Medication management
• Routine health screenings and examinations
• Coordination of specialty and ancillary care
• Development of individualized treatment plans
• Patient and family education
• Timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
• Collaboration with advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other members of the care team
• Participation in periodic hospitalist coverage approximately every 6–8 weeks

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for an unrestricted Arkansas medical license
• Eligible for DEA registration
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a physician-led organization
