Overview

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our dynamic team in a busy outpatient setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative environment, utilizing advanced clinical skills and a broad scope of practice to improve patient outcomes across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a full-service outpatient clinic.
• Perform assessments, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions; prescribe medications and monitor response.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic results.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, behavioral health, and our hospitalist team.
• Educate patients and families on prevention, medication management, and chronic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical record, Athenahealth.
• Participate in telehealth consultations and outreach programs to expand access to quality healthcare services.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted Arkansas APRN or PA license (or license-eligible).
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
• Family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care experience preferred. New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with patients and families.
• Works well independently while staying connected to a collaborative care team.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Compensation

• Starting salary is based on years of experience
